This past Wednesday night I asked for my people to pray that ALL the rain that was predicted would not interfere with my niece's outside wedding. Specifically prayed that there would be no rain from 2:00-5:00. There was no rain! I believed with all my being that God was going to answer. I didn't even take an umbrella. His word tells us that whatever we ask it shall be given and that where two or more gather in his name, there He will be also. There is joy in my soul because so many of you prayed at my request. It was a perfect day and I love each of you for your belief. I was able to witness to several people about our prayer during our church's prayer time on Wedneday nights. I shared my story about Robert praying for Christmas snow as 4-year old. I told them if a four- year old could pray for snow and get it then we could pray for no rain on a wedding day. Not a single umbrella had to be opened! Praise God from whom all blessings flow. My faith has been strengthened and that of many others I hope. I write this as the rain falls once again knowing God hears the desires of our heart. Thank you Lord for blessing us today!
